I am being asked for a code when trying to join Spond?
This usually happens when the email we have on our records is different to the one you are actively using. The best way to resolve this is to request a change to your email details by contacting us using the link above.
I get too many notifications for events – can I stop the ones I will never attend?
Yes! In Spond click on the event which you no longer wish to have notifications for.
On the app, click on the three dots in a circle (top right of your screen). You can then choose to:

- ‘Stop push notifications’ – This will stop notifications when someone responds to an event or a reminder is sent out, but only for that event.

- ‘Stop invite notifications for series’ – This will stop you getting invite notifications for the current and future events in that series.
Not on the App? Unfortunately Spond doesn’t have a setting for this yet so you will have to request to be removed from the event by contacting us. Title your email – Remove me from {Group Name}
