Welcombe Wobbler and Trembler – Discontinued.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Welcombe Wobbler and Welcombe Trembler Events have been discontinued until further notice. SAC 1/3/22
Off road races taking place on the Welcombe Hills in Stratford-upon-Avon. The Wobbler (10k) follows two laps of a scenic, undulating course with the Trembler comprising one lap of the same route. The races are the perfect way to start your winter of cross-country racing, or simply have an enjoyable time in beautiful Warwickshire countryside on a Sunday morning.
Stratford AC Welcombe Wobbler
Due to a clash with Junior Cross Country the Welcombe Wobbler and Trembler will be taking a years break and will be back in 2022
The Welcombe Wobbler and Trembler take place on the Welcombe Hills in Stratford-upon-Avon. The Wobbler follows two laps of a scenic, undulating course with the Trembler comprising one lap of the same route. The races are the perfect way to start your winter of cross-country racing, or simply have an enjoyable time in beautiful south Warwickshire countryside on a Sunday morning.
Register/Collect your race number at the Stratford-upon-Avon Leisure Centre then make your way to the start (in the field at the top of Maidenhead Road). The start line doubles up as the finish line.
The race is ‘off-road’ and marshaled throughout. A 100 metre section of the course is run on tarmac, so please be aware of this when selecting your race footwear.

A Free Fun Run will take place at 10.30am. The race distance is approximately 1km. Enter the Fun Run on the day at the Leisure Centre, or in the Start/Finish area.
Medals will be presented to all runners who take part in the Wobbler, Trembler or Fun Run.
Race entry fees are £2.00 extra on the day.
Select ‘Unaffiliated’ when entering the race if you are not a member of a running club.

Wobbler – Men: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1st M40, 1st M50, 1st M60 / Women: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1st W35, 1st W45, 1st W55
Trembler – Men – 1st / Women – 1st
