Shipston IX Road Running Race

Replacing the ‘Not the Roman IX’, the second Shipston IX race will take place on 25th January 2026.
A nine mile road race on quiet rural roads, a fairly flat fast route
Parking will be in the public car parks that are in and around Shipston on Stour, so allow time to walk from your parking to race HQ – based at Shipston on Stour Scout Hut (CV36 4EW), where numbers will be collected, and there will be home made cakes and tea and coffees for sale afterwards.
The start and finish will be on Fell Mill Lane which is a 10 minute walk from race HQ, at 10.00am . We have applied for a 3 hour road closure of this road for the purposes of managing the start and finish safely without traffic.
There will be prizes for the first 3 men and first 3 ladies
