Marijke Tear-Verweij with her trophy for finishing as first lady in last Sunday’s Two Castles race. 2388 ladies completed the course, so that was a massively impressive achievement.

Charlie-Jay Cassells had an extremely busy week with four competitions. – Super 6, a school competition with 5 school friends and they won the first place, getting a long jump PB of 4.20m and also winning the 800m, the 5km Summer Series race where he finished 6th with PB of 17.27, Warwickshire Schools on Sunday with 1500m PB of 4.40min & then Heart of England on Sunday where he finished 1st in 1500 m and 4th in 200m (with PB in 200m).
